Evolutionary Architecture in an Agile Worldby Matthew Ganis
[Computers/Programming]
Under agile development models, some roles change significantly from traditional (linear) approaches, while other roles are much less impacted. Where most of the impact is felt is in the up-front work: requirements gathering and analysis, design, and planning. While other recordings in this series have examined agile requirements approaches and also agile estimating and planning, this DVD examines the changes to the design processes when using agile methodologies.
This DVD will examine the practices of agile with an attempt to understand how roles such as design and architecture can adapt to the ever-changing requirements of an agile project. Exploring the world of evolutionary architecture and design, the session will explore planning horizons and synergies in an attempt to understand how a product team needs to work together to achieve their common design goals.
