About the Author

Michael Dobson, PMP, is the author of 20 books, including seven books on project management. His first book on the subject, Practical Project Management: The Secret of Managing Any Project On Time, On Budget, and To Spec, was described as "Frankly, the best book on project management I have read," by the American Eagle consulting group, and has sold over 60,000 copies to date. This PMI book, The Juggler's Guide to Managing Multiple Projects, was the first book to tackle that thorny frontier of project management. He has taught project management well over 1,000 times in seven countries on three continents, and has spoken at numerous PMI events.
